Shipping and Returns
Delivery times
We normally deliver within 3–9 business days when the product is in stock at our warehouse in Sweden.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, it may be shipped directly from the factory, which may involve a longer delivery time.
Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–4 business days after the order confirmation has been sent.
During periods of high demand, minor delays may occur.
Delivery method
Most shipments are delivered directly to the mailbox or front door.
If this is not possible, the package will be delivered to the nearest post office, and you will receive a notification.
Correct delivery information
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that delivery and billing information is correct when ordering.
Incorrect or incomplete address information can cause delays.
Package tracking
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
You can also track your order via our website under “Track your order.”
Delayed or lost packages
If the delivery has not arrived within the specified delivery time, we ask you to first check the tracking.
If the package still cannot be located, contact us at info@scarletintimates.com and we will start an investigation together with the shipping company.
Such an investigation can take 7–14 business days. Meanwhile, we will keep you updated and offer a new delivery or refund if needed.
Packages not collected
Packages that are not collected and returned to us will be charged 150 NOK for shipping and handling costs.
Customs, VAT, and import fees
When delivering to Norway, import fees such as value-added tax (VAT), customs duties, and any customs clearance fees may apply.
These fees are set by Norwegian authorities and the carrier, and are paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Unfortunately, Scarlet Intimates has no control over these costs and therefore cannot provide an exact amount in advance.
Returns & cancellation rights – important to know
Exceptions for intimate products
Scarlet Intimates sells underwear and other intimate products.
For hygienic reasons, there is no right of withdrawal if:

the packaging is opened
-
the product has been tried on
This is in accordance with the Distance Selling Act (2005:59) which excludes goods where the seal is broken and which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
We therefore cannot accept used or tried-on underwear for return.
Size exchange
We want the fit to feel just right and therefore offer size exchanges.
Terms for size exchange
The following applies for a size exchange to be approved:

The product must be returned in the original packaging

The product must be unused and in new condition

Order number or receipt must be presented

Return shipping is paid by the customer
Once the return is received and approved, we will send the new size as soon as possible.
Note that size exchange is offered as a service and requires that the above conditions are met.
Complaint
If your product is damaged or defective upon delivery, contact us immediately at info@scarletintimates.com.
Please attach photos and a brief description of the defect.
For approved complaints, Scarlet Intimates covers both the new product and shipping costs.
Responsibility for returns
Scarlet Intimates is not responsible for returns lost during transport.
We therefore always recommend using traceable return shipping.
