Honestly, I didn't think they'd make much difference. But these knickers absorb much better than anything else I've tried. It's so nice not having to change my protection all the time or worry about stains on my clothes, and being able to move freely all day.

I was sceptical at first because I'd tried several different products that still leaked, but these knickers work really well. Nothing leaked through.

I usually worry on long days when I can't change straight away. These let me relax.

I used to worry about my period starting earlier than expected. But I don't have to worry about that any more.

I was nervous that it wouldn't work, but Scarlet Flow exceeded my expectations. The protection is reliable, the design is great, and I feel comfortable all day, every day.
